madam mim doll ooak

this is madam mim from the walt disney movie "the sword n the stone" made 1963.
in fact it´s madam mim i a scene showing arthur, who is a sparrow, that she can be pretty, too (after showing him, that she can be even uglyer than she normally is...).

as base doll i used a barbie doll, she got a face repaint, her hair is extended partially and cut partially and dyed with acrylic paint. the body is from a ballerina barbie. the dress is custom made.
it was really fun making her...
